If you are playing during the America 250 Founder's Festival and you earn a perfect score on a game with at least 8 events, find Penelope Thomas at the fiber Arts Exhibit. She will test your knowledge. If you pass, she will give you a quantity of unwashed wool with instructions to clean and process it for spinning. Offer available while supplies last.

Congratulations! You earned a perfect score on a set with 8 or more events. You have earned a quantity of raw wool, with instructions to prepare it for spinning. Find Penelope Thomas at the Fiber Arts Exhibit and show her this screen. You must say "I have become a true student of history" to qualify. Penelope will ask a couple of questions to test your knowledge and if you pass, she will give you the wool.
